Plans that Grow

Start on the free plan and upgrade when you need more.

Secure cloud storage

Your files stay protected in secure cloud storage and remain available only to authorised people.

A setup that fits your teaching

Independent teachers manage their groups in a simplified interface. Training centers can manage campuses and teams. Switching to the academy interface itself is free; the selected plan's prices and capacity limits still apply.

Start free, with no time limit

Freemium includes 11 active users, 5 active classes and 10 GB of storage. There is no time limit and upgrading to Premium is optional. Choose a different plan when you need more capacity.

Questions, answered

Can't find the answer you're looking for? Reach out to our support team.

01Can I use EduPortal as an independent instructor, without an academy?

Yes. After you sign up, choose to continue as a teacher. You get your own teaching space for your classes, students and teaching activity, with live classes, exams, assignments and attendance.

02Can an academy manage several campuses and instructors?

Yes. Academies organise campuses, courses and classes, and give owners, managers, instructors, mentors and students role-based access.

03Is there a free plan?

Yes. Our Freemium plan is free for life and includes 11 active users, 5 active classes and 10 GB of storage. There is no time limit and no requirement to upgrade. You can choose a Premium plan if you need more capacity.

04Can I create live classes with Google Meet or Zoom?

Yes. An authorised Academy user can optionally connect Google Meet or Zoom and create live-class meeting links without leaving EduPortal. When you choose Google Meet, EduPortal uses the permission only when you request a meeting for a scheduled class, and uses basic Google account information only to identify and display the connected account. You can disconnect the account from Settings at any time.

05How does grading work?

Exams support both automatic grading for objective questions and manual grading for open-ended responses, with clear tracking for every attempt.

06Is my data secure?

All files and videos are stored securely in the cloud, and every account can enable extra protections like email verification and two-factor authentication.

07Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your academy settings.
