EduPortal keeps class schedules, students and live meetings together. An authorized user can optionally connect Zoom or Google Meet to create meetings, or use a suitable meeting link.

Create your class
Add the class and students who will take part. The live lesson appears with that class.

Choose a meeting method
Connect Zoom or Google Meet if you want to create meetings with that account. The connection is optional.

Schedule a lesson
Choose a title, date and time. Academy times follow the campus time zone.

Join and share materials
Open the planned meeting link from the class. Share lesson videos separately in the class video library.
For teachers and academies
Optional connection
Google Meet and Zoom are optional. Connected accounts can be disconnected in settings.
Video library
The class video library lets students revisit videos you share separately. Automatic meeting recording is not promised.
Live lesson questions
Do I have to connect Zoom or Google Meet?
No. Connect them only when you want to create meetings through those accounts.
Which time zone is used?
Academy scheduling uses the campus time zone.
Are meetings recorded automatically?
EduPortal does not promise automatic meeting recording. You can share existing videos separately in the class library.
