Getting started with a parent account

  1. 01

    Open the parent portal

Create a parent account or sign in. A diary link shared by your child does not require an account.

  2. 02

    Confirm the connection

You or your child can send a connection request. The connection becomes active when the other person confirms it.

  3. 03

    Choose a child and class

Select a connected child and open one of the classes available to you.

  4. 04

    Review the diary

Follow attendance, homework, exam results and teacher notes by day.

What can parents see?

A 24-hour diary link

A student creates a diary link and shares it with a parent. The link expires 24 hours after creation and can be revoked earlier. The parent can open the diary without signing in.

Attendance and teacher notes

See attendance, late arrivals, missed lessons and notes added by the teacher.

Homework and exam results

Follow submitted and late homework, released results and work awaiting grading.

Video and material activity

Review recorded video and material activity. These records do not measure how well a student has understood a topic.

Parent questions

Do I need an account to view the diary?

No. You can open a 24-hour link shared by your child without an account. Ongoing access through a parent account requires a confirmed connection.

Can I follow more than one child?

Yes. After confirming each connection, choose a child in your account to open their available classes.

Can I see other students' private information?

No. Access is limited to your child's teaching information made available to you.

Can a connection or link be revoked?

Yes. Parent-child connections can be removed. Students can also revoke a shared diary link separately.

Does this include every school?
